Mlađan Jovanović was born on May 25, 1981 in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Dr. Mlađan Jovanović has industrial and research experience in the development of interactive computing systems. From 2013 to 2018 he worked as a research fellow and lecturer at the University of Trento, Italy, and as a visiting researcher at the University of Edinburgh and Northumbria University, UK. He was holding Marie Curie fellowship for Experienced Researchers. His primary research interests include human-computer interaction, the design of interactive systems, social computing, digital well-being and games computing. The active member of the founding board of the Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA) Western Balkans Chapter.
