Jelena Krivokapić was born on March 16, 1979 in Belgrade, Serbia.
Jelena Subotić-Krivokapić, born on March 16, 1979 in Belgrade. She completed her undergraduate studies in 2004 at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade, Department of Psychology, earning the title of Graduate Psychologist. She completed her master's degree in clinical psychology at the same faculty in 2010, and her specialist studies in psychotherapy in 2006 at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad, also at the Department of Psychology. In addition, she graduated from the Higher School of Health Professional Studies in Belgrade, majoring in nutritionist-dietitian. She completed her doctoral studies at Singidunum University, Faculty of Media and Communications, with a doctoral thesis entitled "Media Representations of Persons with Myocardial Infarction" in the study program of transdisciplinary studies of contemporary arts and media.
She worked as a psychologist - psychotherapist at the "Dr Ristić" Health Center, where she was also the director of human resources and marketing director. Then, she spent many years at the marketing agency "New moment new ideas company" as a PR director, and since 2019 she has been teaching 5 psychology courses at the Milutin Milankovic Medical School in Belgrade, where she still works today. The courses Jelena is engaged in are: personality psychology with mental hygiene, pain psychology, medical psychology, health psychology and biological foundations of behavior. Over the past two years, she has been awarded the highest marks for her work by students and colleagues at this higher education institution on several occasions.
Over the last 4 (four) years, she has participated in the implementation of 4 projects, participated in the preparation of more than 20 scientific papers as an author or co-author, and participated in more than 10 scientific conferences, one of which she was a reviewer of scientific papers. She also continuously received additional education in the field of psychology and communications.
