Gordana Mrdak

Gordana Mrdak has rich work experience. She started her business career in the economy, first in the large construction company KMG Trudbenik, where she worked her way up from trainee to head of department, and then she continued her career in banking, where she was employed by Astra bankci ad Beograd for more than seven years, also in managerial positions. in the period from 2001 to 2016, she was employed in state institutions in high management positions, namely: first as deputy director of the Action Fund of the Republic of Serbia (from 2001 to 2010), and then with the closure of that institution, she was employed in Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia (2010-2016), first as manager, and then as director of the Capital Market Center.

Gordana Mrdak conducts theoretical and practical teaching at all levels of study at various higher education institutions where she has been employed since 2008. Namely, since 2024, she has been employed as an associate professor at Singidunum University, and in the period from 2008 to 2024, she was employed at the following higher education institutions:

- in the period from 2008 to 2011 at the Faculty of Real Estate Management, Union-Nikola Tesla University;

- in the period from 2016 to 2023 at the Faculty of Diplomacy and Security, Union University - Nikola Tesla,

- in the period 2023 - 2024 at the Faculty of Finance, Banking and Audit Alfa BK University, where I also performed the duties of acting dean.

She was a participant in various projects financed by the ministry or the economy. He is currently participating in a project with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development entitled "New understanding of capital", within the project Democratic and national capacities of political institutions of Serbia in the process of international integration (Registration number: 179009).
