Dragana Vujanović was born on April 20, 1961 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
SCIENTIFIC PROJECTS
As part of the scientific activities of Ph.D. Dragana Vujanović was a researcher in:
• international scientific project: "ALARM" (Assessing LArge scale Risks for biodiversity with tested methods) TTC (Participant 13(66)); Integrated Project ALARM contract GOCE- CT- 2003.
• national scientific projects:
• - "Interactions of heavy metals and bioelements" (P15), within the project of the Faculty of Pharmacy (13MO2); Ministry of Science and Technology of the Republic of Serbia
• Project III 46002 ("Molecular and ecological research of honeybees and their pathogens" within the project "Molecular-genetic and ecophysiological research in the protection of indigenous animal genetic resources, preservation of well-being, health and reproduction of farmed animals and food production") of the Ministry of Education, Science and technological development of the Republic of Serbia.

• Project "Ash", within the sub-project "Evaluation of the impact of TENT on the health of employees and the local population", organized by the "Institute of General and Physical Chemistry" (2001. 2002).
• Project "Toxic elements and pesticides in agricultural land and plant products in the territory of the city of Belgrade", 2006.
• "Information technologies in the function of sustainable development of the city of Niš". The project holder was the Faculty of Occupational Safety, University of Niš, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Belgrade. (2008 - 2011)
• Study "Pollution of the city of Belgrade with lead" led by "IHTM - Enterprise for technological development" and financed by the Assembly of the City of Belgrade.
• Project "Towards Leaded Gasoline Phase-out in the Republic of Serbia" organized by REC Country Office Serbia (2008 and 2009).
• collaborator on the project "Energy, Environment and Poverty" led by "UNDP", office in Belgrade, and financed by the World Bank. (2001–2003).
• From 2009 to 2012, she was a temporary expert of the World Health Organization (WHO), responsible for the formation of indicators in the area of the impact of poverty (environmental factors) on human health, EU region.
• participant in the formation of the LTER (Long Term Ecological Research) national network in the RS, as well as a member of the national committee of the LTER network (long-term research and monitoring of ecosystems in Europe.
OTHER ACTIVITIES:
• Participated in the drafting of the National Strategy for Youth as the leader of the expert team, for the thematic subgroup - "Environmental protection and sustainable development". (2007 - 2008)
• Participated in the development of the Action Plan for the environment and children's health in the Republic of Serbia for the period from 2009 to 2019 (Children Environmental Action Plan), (2008-2009)
• She was the main organizer of ecological, ecotoxicological and nautical research of the Tisa River in 2001 (sector from the mouth to the Hungarian border), and in 2002 from the mouth to the end of the navigability of the Tisa - the Ukrainian border. The participants were from the Faculty of Chemistry, Biology and Geography of the University of Belgrade and Novi Sad, and the financier of the project was the "Inter-Municipal Commission for Monitoring the State of the Tisa River". The idea and results of the Expedition were awarded international awards in 2002: the Ford Award - "Ford Motor Company -Conservation and Environmental Grants" and the Humboldt Award - "Humboldt Prize (Berlin University)", for the joint work of the participants.
