During her doctoral studies, she completed several research stays abroad:

In 2016, she did research at the Department of Applied Geosciences and Geophysics at the University of Montan (Montanuniversität) in Leoben, Austria, as part of the bilateral project "Improving the rational use of lignite - petrographic and geochemical approach".

In 2014, she did research at the Department of Applied Geosciences and Geophysics at the University of Montan (Montanuniversität) in Leoben, Austria, as an OeAD (Austrian Agency for International Cooperation in Education and Research) scholarship holder (Ref. No.: ICM-2013- 05409).

In 2013, she did research at the Institute for Geology and Geochemistry of Petroleum and Coal at the University of Aachen (RWTH, Aachen), Germany.

2012. she did research at the Faculty of Science, University of Örebro, Sweden, within the project "How does the terrestrial ecosystem respond to lignite formation?" Detailed paleoecological studies based on biomarkers provide answers" funded by STINT (Swedish Foundation for International Cooperation in Research and Higher Education; Contract: Dnr 182012/4505).

In her career so far, she has acquired research, scientific and teaching titles:

In 2024 she became an Assistant professor at Singidunum University, Belgrade.

In 2019 she became a Scientific associate at the Innovation Center of the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade.

2014 - 2019 she was an Associate researcher at the Innovation Center of the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade.

From 2012 to 2014 she was a Graduate researcher at the Innovation Center of the Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade.
