Ana Radulović

        Ana Radulovic received her PhD in management from Aston Business School, Aston University in the UK. In her thesis, she looked at relational leadership, that is, how the quality of leader-member relationship influences member outcomes. Her fields of expertise include LMX theory, Interdependence theory, quantitative and experimental methods. Ana is a member of the British Academy of Higher Education and the British Academy of Management.


        During her PhD studies Ana was a Teaching Assistant at Aston Business School, Aston University. Prior to her PhD studies, Ana worked in the private and non-governmental sectors in Serbia; the oil and gas industry, the USAID projects, the projects in the fields of education and sustainable development. She received her MA in Management from the Faculty of Organisational Sciences, as well as her MA in Postmodern British literature from the Faculty of Philology, University of Belgrade. During her undergraduate studies in the English Language and Literature at the Faculty of Philology she attended the Eberly College of Business and Information Technology at the Indiana University in Pennsylvania, USA. During her studies she worked in the fields of project management and public relations.


        Dr Ana Radulovic received numerous scholarships and awards; the Fund for Young Talents Scholarship, the Ministry of Youth and Sport, the Republic of Serbia (2009/2010, 2012/2013, 2013/2014; 2014/2015), a full scholarship for PhD studies in management and Teaching Assistantship at Aston Business School, Aston University (2012-2015), a full State Department scholarship for an exchange year at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, USA (2008/2009), a scholarship for academic achievement, the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development (2007/2008, 2010/2011), the Best syllabus design award in the  TESOL Programme, Indiana University of Pennsylvania (2009), Dean’s list for academic achievement, Indiana University of Pennsylvania (2008/2009), State Department grant for the execution of the Programme in the field of sustainable development (2009), the award for the finalists of  “Club 27 Superste” Programme by ERSTE Bank (2009).
