First September exam term will be held from August 24th up to September 5th, 2026. Registration for the exams begins on August 14th, 2026.
Second September exam term will be held from September 7th up to September 19th, 2026. Registration for the exams begins on August 28th, 2026.
In the first and second September exam period, students who have defined their study status, i.e. enrolled in the academic year 2025/2026 and filled out the student survey on the Estudent account, can apply for exams.
In the first and second September exam period, students can register for: all courses of the summer semester, all courses they attended in the previous school year, as well as courses from the first (winter) semester of the 2025/2026 academic year.
Exam schedules is published in the section Students > Schedules > Schedule of exam terms.
The deadline for the first exam registration at the regular price of 500 dinars is up to 5 days before the exam (not counting the exam day).
Example: the exam will be held on August 24th, 2026.
1 day until the exam - 23.08.
2 days until the exam - 22.08.
3 days until the exam - 21.08.
4 days until the exam - 20.08.
5 days until the exam - 19.08.
The exam can be registered at the regular price until August 18th, 2026. at 23:59.
The deadline for the second and every subsequent application for the same subject at the regular price of 2,000 dinars up to 5 days before the exam (not counting the exam day).
Students can independently view the number of previously completed applications for each individual subject via their Estudent account, the option "Exam registration" and then the "Number of applications" column.
Registration for the exam is done through the portal Estudent.
After the expiration of the deadline for regular exam registration, the exam can be registered at the price of subsequent registration of 5,000 dinars for 1 exam, no later than 1 day before the exam at 2:00 PM. Registration for the exam is done through the portal Estudent.

The condition for registering exams is the paid tuition fee for the academic year 2025/2026 according to the Study Agreement, i.e.. defined payment dynamics.
IMPORTANT / Please enter your index number on all payments to the University as a reference number. The entrance should be made in the following form - year of enrollment then the index number, without spaces and punctuation marks (EXAMPLE 2025123456).
