Singidunum University started cooperation with World Values Survey Association

Prof. Milovan Stanišić, PhD, President of Singidunum University and Prof. Christian W. Haerpfer, PhD, President of World Values Survey Association signed an agreement on cooperation between our University and this renowned international scientific organization.

The World Values Survey is a global network of social scientists studying changing values and their impact on social and political life. This research of values in the world is led by an international team of scholars, in cooperation with the WVS Association and WVSA Secretariat headquartered in Vienna, Austria.

After signing of the agreement, our University conducted the first survey in Serbia. The research was coordinated by Nino Vesković, PhD candidate and Teaching Associate of Singidunum University.

The results database of research conducted in Serbia was submitted in August 2017 and officially accepted after a detailed check carried out by the World Values Survey Association. 

Singidunum University and WVS will continue the cooperation through upcoming scientific conferences, seminars, publication of scientific papers and other joint activities.
